Monica Massengale, MS, PLMHP
Monica graduated from the University of Nebraska - Omaha in 2009 with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with a focus in Anthropology and a minor in Psychology. Monica graduated from Bellevue University in 2017 with a Master of Science in Clinical Counseling.
Monica spent her internship and practicum working with bereavement, addiction, co-occuring disorders, and a variety of other mental health disorders. Monica has experience working with children, adolescents, teens, adults, and geriatric individuals. Her experience includes time with AseraCare Hospice and Stephen Center HERO Program in Omaha.
Monica started with Generation Hope in 2018. Monica's passion for grief and bereavement counseling provides a unique benefit to the team with treating victims of domestic violence, intimate partner violence and traumatic grief. Monica received training in TF-CBT and has experience in CBT and DBT.
