This 2-hour course will cover psycho-education around Domestic violence, the cycle of abuse, gaslighting, and coping skills to get off the rollercoaster.  This class will include group support to practice utilizing coping skills.  

This 2-hour course will cover psycho-education on the impact of domestic violence on children.  It will also cover ways in which parents can create positive childhood experiences (PCE's) in order to reduce the negative effects of domestic violence on their children.  This class will include group support to work on creating a personal change plan.   

This 2-hour course will cover parenting techniques to work with children who have experienced domestic violence and other traumas.  This class will include group support to practice parenting skills.
