Heather Duhachek-Chase, MS, LIMHP
Founder, CEO, & Clinical Director
Heather is the Founder, CEO, and Clinical Director of Generation Hope. As a Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner (LIMHP), she has dedicated her career to helping individuals and families navigate complex challenges. Since starting in human services in 2001, Heather founded Generation Hope in 2011 to provide compassionate, trauma-informed care.
With extensive experience, Heather specializes in Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

Heather's commitment to social justice extends beyond her practice, as shown by her past roles on the boards of the Nebraska Coalition to End Sexual and Domestic Violence and the Nebraska Coalition for Juvenile Justice. She is a member of AASECT (American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors and Therapists) and IAST (International Association for Sandtray Therapy). Heather is also a recipient of the Purple Ribbon Award from the Domestic Violence Council and the Creighton University President's Martin Luther King, Jr. Legacy Award for her advocacy.

As a mother of five children ranging from 7 to 20 years old, Heather understands the complexities and joys of raising a family, providing her with a unique and empathetic perspective when working with clients.

Tiffany Minturn, MS, LIMHP, LADC
Mental Health Clinical Supervisor
Tiffany has been with Generation Hope since December 2020.

Tiffany is a Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner and a Licensed Drug and Alcohol Counselor. Tiffany is dedicated to helping individuals navigate life's challenges by providing empowering tools and practical solutions. She believes that we all possess an innate ability to grow and build upon our strengths, and therapy is a collaborative journey. In your sessions, you can expect a supportive and non-judgmental environment as you work to implement positive changes that lead to a more fulfilling life.

Beyond her profession, Tiffany is a busy mom of four, ranging in age from 8 to 19. Her personal understanding of the demands and joys of balancing family life gives her a unique insight into the challenges many parents face.

She holds a Master's degree (MS) in Clinical Counseling and is certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
Tiffany specializes in working with a wide range of concerns, including survivors of domestic violence, depression, anxiety, substance use/addictions, family relationships, PTSD, Bipolar disorder, Borderline personality disorder, mood disorders, psychosis/schizophrenia, suicidal ideation and/or self-harming behaviors, and trauma. She also teaches a "Breaking the Cycle Class."

Megan Heinke, MS, LIMHP
Mental Health Therapist
Megan is a Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner (LIMHP) who joined Generation Hope in August 2022. She brings 3 years of licensed practice, built upon over 10 years in Human Services/Child Welfare, giving her a unique, comprehensive perspective focused on understanding a client's underlying struggles and trauma responses. Megan specializes in treating trauma, anxiety, depression, and supporting victims of domestic violence across all age groups. A 2022 graduate of Bellevue University, she is trained in CBT, TFCBT, and PCIT. Megan's style is supportive and direct when necessary, with her most rewarding work being helping clients achieve true human transformation and build healthy family units.

Jasmine Clanton, MS, PLMHP

Jasmine has been with Generation Hope since June 2022.

Breanna Rockwell, MSW, PLMHP, PCMSW
Mental Health Therapist
Breanna Rockwell, PLMHP, PCMSW, is a compassionate and dedicated therapist at Generation Hope Family Counseling & Consulting, LLC. She is passionate about walking alongside individuals and families as they navigate life’s challenges, offering a safe, supportive space for healing and growth.
Breanna previously worked at the Boys Town Residential Treatment Center, where she gained extensive experience supporting children and adolescents with complex behavioral, emotional, and mental health needs. In addition, she has professional experience within the child welfare system, where she worked closely with children and families navigating difficult transitions and challenges. These experiences strengthened her skills in trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, and helping youth and families build healthier, more sustainable relationships.
She now brings that expertise to her clinical practice, working with children, adolescents, and adults. Breanna integrates evidence-based approaches with genuine compassion, tailoring therapy to each client’s unique story. Her goal is to empower clients to build resilience, foster healthy connections, and discover new possibilities for growth and well-being.

Sutton Marvin, MS, PLMHP
Mental Health Therapist
Sutton is a Provisionally Licensed Mental Health Practitioner (PLMHP) and a 4th-year doctoral student in School Psychology. She specializes in working with children, partnering with their families and schools to support their well-being and emotional healing.

Sutton is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and incorporates her knowledge of Trauma-Focused CBT and Play Therapy into her practice. She has extensive experience and a special interest in helping children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other disabilities.

Outside of her work with clients, Sutton is passionate about animals. She is currently training a puppy to become a therapy dog and cares for a large colony of feral cats.

Natalie Reyes Rodriguez, MS, PLMHP
Mental Health Therapist
Natalie is committed to helping clients tap into their innate potential and achieve their highest level of emotional intelligence and well-being. Her therapeutic approach is built upon a foundation of empathy, trust, and sincerity, providing a safe and non-judgmental space for profound self-discovery.
She draws primarily from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to address a range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, relationship challenges, and identity exploration. By focusing on awareness, acceptance, and behavior change, she helps clients develop healthier habits and create a sustainable, positive outlook on life.

Emily Farrell, MS, PLMHP
Mental Health Therapist
Emily Farrell is a Provisional Licensed Mental Health Practitioner (PLMHP) with a master's degree in Clinical Mental Health from Bellevue University. Her compassionate, client-centered approach is grounded in empathetic communication and active listening, creating a safe space for healing.

Emily's experience includes providing individual and family therapy within clients' homes, where she helped families address emotional and behavioral challenges. Her background also includes extensive work in a residential treatment facility, where she supported clients with mental health needs and provided compassionate, trauma-informed care during crisis situations.

Skilled in crisis intervention, Emily uses evidence-based modalities like CBT, DBT, and Person-Centered Therapy. She is committed to helping diverse populations set and achieve their mental health goals.

Miya Leonard, MSW, PLMHP, PCMSW
Mental Health Therapist
Miya Leonard, PLMHP, PCMSW, is a compassionate and client-centered therapist who is dedicated to supporting individuals and families as they navigate life’s challenges. She strives to create a warm, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered to make meaningful change.
Miya holds a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and is a Provisionally Licensed Mental Health Practitioner and Provisionally Certified Master Social Worker. She is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and integrates evidence-based practices to help clients develop practical tools for coping, emotional regulation, and personal growth.

Miya’s professional experience includes working with children in an after-school program serving families living in Denver Public Housing, where she developed a passion for supporting youth through relationship building and positive behavioral support. She also gained valuable clinical experience at the Omaha VA Medical Center, providing services in the outpatient oncology clinic and supporting veterans and their families through complex emotional and medical challenges.

Drawing on these experiences, Miya works with children, adolescents, and adults to foster resilience, strengthen relationships, and promote overall well-being. She approaches therapy with empathy, collaboration, and a belief in every person’s capacity for healing and growth.

Allean Ward-Thompson, MA, PLMHP, PLADC
Mental Health Therapist
Danielle Ward-Thompson is a Provisionally Licensed Mental Health Practitioner and a Provisionally Licensed Drug and Alcohol Counselor, having earned a master’s degree in Addictions Counseling from Hazelden Betty Ford Graduate School of Addiction Studies in 2021.
Since 2004, Danielle has held a plethora of human services roles, serving diverse populations in schools, housing, foster care, resource navigation, domestic violence intervention, mentoring, juvenile detention, and parenting arenas. Danielle has also counseled inmates with co-occurring disorders and works as an IOP Counselor. Additionally, Danielle is a child sexual abuse survivor & advocate, motivational speaker, published author, life & trauma coach, and CEO & owner of Life Between Trauma’s, LLC.
As a therapist specializing in trauma, co-occurring disorders, and PTSD, Danielle is committed to helping clients regulate and alleviate emotional and psychological distress. Both her professional and lived experiences have aided her in developing a high regard for individuality and client-centered care. Moreover, Danielle is dedicated to providing compassionate and non-judgmental care.
Outside of the workplace, Danielle’s utilizes her husband of 20 years, four successful adult children, five grandchildren, and their two dogs (Rocki and Maui) as a major source of self-care.

Kaylee Moody
Business Administrator
Kaylee joined Generation Hope in 2025, bringing a focused and energetic approach to her role as Practice Development Manager. A Biology major and Psychology minor, she manages the critical intersections of Revenue Integrity and Compliance, ensuring our billing and auditing processes meet the highest standards.

Kaylee also leads our community marketing efforts and curates our internal office culture. From managing credentialing to coordinating staff morale initiatives and office design, Kaylee ensures that every aspect of Generation Hope is optimized for both our providers and the clients we serve.

Megan Davis, MSW, PLMHP
Mental Health Therapist
Megan Davis is a Provisionally Licensed Mental Health Practitioner (PLMHP) with a master’s degree in Social Work from Nebraska Wesleyan University. She brings a compassionate, trauma-informed, and person-centered approach to her work, helping clients feel seen, heard, and supported as they navigate life’s challenges.

Megan’s experience includes providing individual and group grief counseling at the Mourning Hope Grief Center, supporting children, teens, and families through loss and transition. She has also worked in community-based settings such as Region V Systems and Friendship Home, where she supported clients in developing coping skills, emotional regulation, and resilience.
​
Grounded in empathy and human connection, Megan integrates evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Attachment-Based interventions, and mindfulness practices to meet each client where they are. She is passionate about creating a collaborative and validating space that empowers individuals to heal and grow.
